03 - Cook the eggs at 275°F for 14–16 minutes depending on preferred yolk consistency: 14 minutes for slightly soft yolks or 16 minutes for fully cooked.
04 - While eggs cook, fill a bowl with ice water to prepare for cooling.
05 - Transfer eggs immediately to the ice water and allow to sit for 5 minutes to halt cooking and facilitate peeling.
