# Components:
→ Dough
01 - 1 lb store-bought or homemade pizza dough
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
→ Cheese
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
→ Toppings
05 - 8 slices pepperoni
06 - 1/4 cup pitted black olives, sliced
07 - 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
09 - 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
10 - 1 tablespoon corn kernels (optional)
→ Flour for dusting
11 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Place a pizza stone inside if available to heat.
02 - On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a 10x14 inch (25x35 cm) rectangle to resemble a basketball court. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
03 - Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch (1 cm) border around edges.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese uniformly over the sauce.
05 - Use yellow bell pepper strips to form outer court boundaries, red bell pepper strips for center circle and key.
06 - Place pepperoni slices at each end mimicking basketballs, add sliced olives and optional corn kernels to mark free throw circles and three-point lines.
07 - Scatter green onions to enhance court markings or add grass-like effect along edges.
08 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until crust turns golden and cheese bubbles.
09 - Remove from oven, allow to cool briefly, then slice into rectangles and serve.
