03 - Zest of 2 limes

05 - 8 small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks
# Directions:
01 - Wash grapes thoroughly and dry completely. Remove stems from the grapes.
02 - Thread 5 to 6 grapes on each skewer or cocktail stick.
03 - Place grape-filled skewers in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Freeze the skewers for at least 2 hours or until grapes are solid.
05 - Combine granulated sugar, lime zest, and optional sea salt in a small bowl. Rub zest into sugar with fingers until well combined and aromatic.
06 - Roll each frozen grape skewer in lime sugar, pressing lightly so sugar adheres to the fruit.
07 - Serve immediately, or place coated skewers back in the freezer until ready to enjoy.
