# Components:

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat

→ Sweetener

02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), chopped if large

# Directions:

01 - Line a rimmed 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt and honey until fully combined.
03 - Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
04 - Scatter berries evenly over the yogurt layer, gently pressing them into the mixture.
05 - Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely firm.
06 - Remove from freezer and break or cut into bark-sized pieces.
07 - Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
