07 - 1 cup baby carrots, sliced
08 - 1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced

10 - 1 cup mini mozzarella balls or small marshmallows
11 - 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream
# Directions:
01 - Wash and prepare all fruits and vegetables as directed. Pat dry thoroughly.
02 - On a large serving board or platter, arrange the fruits and vegetables in a rainbow arc, grouping each color together to enhance visual appeal.
03 - Form clouds at each end of the rainbow using mini mozzarella balls or marshmallows.
04 - Place the vanilla Greek yogurt or whipped cream in a small bowl near the clouds for dipping.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
