# Directions:
01 - Wash, dry, and slice all fruits and vegetables as specified.
02 - On a large serving platter or board, form a curved line of halved cherry tomatoes for the outermost rainbow stripe.
03 - Sequentially arrange orange bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cucumber slices, blueberries, and purple grapes inward to create a rainbow shape.
04 - In a small bowl, combine softened whipped cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until smooth and fluffy.
05 - Place the prepared dip at one end of the rainbow layout to simulate a fluffy cloud.
06 - Arrange mini rice cakes or gluten-free crackers around the dip cloud if using.
