# Directions:
01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly. Peel kiwi and cantaloupe, then cut strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and cantaloupe into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Thread fruits sequentially onto skewers in the following order: strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple, kiwi, blueberry, red grape. Continue sequence until all skewers are prepared.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract if using. Stir thoroughly until mixture is uniform and creamy.
