# Directions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and fully blended.
02 - Place one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Evenly spread a quarter of the cheese mixture over the surface, reaching all edges.
03 - Distribute 1.75 oz sliced turkey breast evenly atop the cheese spread.
04 - Scatter approximately 0.5 oz fresh baby spinach leaves over the turkey.
05 - Beginning at one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
06 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process for the remaining tortillas and fillings. Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
07 - Remove plastic wrap and trim the ends. Slice each rolled tortilla into 6 equal pinwheels.
08 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
