# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a clean large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar while mixing until stiff, glossy peaks are achieved.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cornstarch, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, taking care to preserve the airy structure.
05 - Evenly divide the batter into separate bowls according to the number of colors desired. Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl and gently fold until distributed.
06 - Using a spoon, portion colorful dollops onto the prepared baking sheet, arranging side by side for a rainbow presentation. For a marbled appearance, swirl gently with a spatula.
07 - Place baking sheet into oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the bread is set and lightly golden.
