# Directions:

04 - Transfer baked fries into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Drizzle prepared honey Sriracha sauce over fries and gently toss to coat evenly.
05 - Scatter shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese uniformly over the sauced fries.
06 - Return the casserole dish to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from oven and top with scallions, cilantro, and red chili if desired. Serve immediately.
