05 - 2 oz desiccated coconut

→ Dippers

06 - 8 large strawberries, hulled
07 - 1 banana, sliced into thick rounds
08 - 8 apple wedges
09 - 12 mini pretzels
10 - 8 digestive biscuits, halved
11 - 8 large marshmallows

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
02 - Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, then beat until fully incorporated.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then carefully fold it into the marshmallow mixture.
04 - Using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, form the mixture into 8 evenly sized round balls.
05 - Roll each ball in desiccated coconut until thoroughly coated, creating a snowball effect.
06 - Place the marshmallow snowballs on a large serving platter.
07 - Surround the snowballs with prepared dippers including hulled strawberries, banana rounds, apple wedges, mini pretzels, halved digestive biscuits, and large marshmallows.
