12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Directions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together oats, protein powder, almond flour, matcha powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
02 - Add maple syrup, almond or cashew butter, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Mix thoroughly until dough forms; if too dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of water.
03 - Fold in mini dark chocolate chips and chopped toasted pecans if desired.
