01 -  Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
 02 -  Boil the pasta in generously salted water until al dente. Drain and thoroughly pat dry using a clean towel. 
 03 -  Transfer the pasta to a mixing bowl; coat with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, chili flakes if using, sea salt, black pepper, and Parmesan or nutritional yeast. 
 04 -  Arrange seasoned pasta evenly in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. 
 05 -  Bake for 18–22 minutes, tossing pasta halfway through, until golden and crisp. 
 06 -  Allow pasta chips to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a snack or pair with dips.
