# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Ready in 10 minutes — no cooking, no waiting, just blending and pouring.
  • Visually stunning — three distinct layers make every glass look like a work of art.
  • Fully vegan and dairy-free — made with oat milk, maple syrup, and plant-based ingredients throughout.
  • Naturally flavored — real fresh strawberries and authentic matcha powder, nothing artificial.
  • Easily customizable — adjust sweetness, swap syrups, or use barista oat milk for extra creaminess.
02 -
  • Use barista-style oat milk for extra creaminess and a richer mouthfeel.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup to the strawberry puree to suit your taste.
  • For a smoother texture, strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve before pouring it into the glasses.
  • Keep the matcha water at around 80°C / 176°F — too hot and the matcha can turn bitter; too cool and it will not dissolve properly.
  • Optional: garnish with sliced strawberries or a light dusting of matcha powder on top for a café-quality finish.
  • Always check ingredient labels for hidden allergens, especially if serving guests with dietary restrictions.
