01 - 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee or strongly brewed chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, adjusted to taste
04 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - 1/2 cup plant-based milk, such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, vigorously whisk the tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until the blend is silky and fully emulsified.
02 - Distribute ice cubes evenly among two tall glasses.
03 - Divide cold brew coffee between each glass over the ice.
04 - Pour prepared tahini mixture into each glass and stir thoroughly to meld flavors.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk and gently stir until the drink achieves a creamy consistency.
