These grilled cheese rollups bring a festive twist to traditional comfort food. Soft sandwich bread slices are flattened and wrapped tightly around melty cheddar cheese, then brushed with butter and cooked until golden brown. Perfectly crispy outside and rich, gooey inside make them ideal for holiday parties or quick snacks. Serve warm with marinara or tomato soup to enhance the comforting flavors. Variations with different cheeses, herbs, or sauces add creative flair for every occasion.
